Job Summary

Come grow with us and get a jump start on your career in marketing and leadership with Sofia Health! Entry-level marketing and leadership position working virtually with students across college campuses.

Sofia Health is seeking qualified individuals for the Marketing Associate position for the Sofia on Campus Program. In this role, you will help program expansion to campuses nationwide as well as serve as the lead driving force for sales and partnerships. As a member of Sofia on Campus, you will help lead innovation, growth, and strategy for the program to ensure successful development and play a key people management role in supervising interns and junior staff as we continue to build the team. 


Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Oversee and execute the implementation of new campus programs ensuring successful setup and execution in each location.

  • Oversee and establish sales and partnership pipelines.

  • Serve as primary contact for sales and marketing leads providing expert knowledge in digital capabilities.

  • Develop, implement and execute strategic plans and growth goals.

  • Assist in the management and supervision of program staff/interns.


  • 1+ years of experience in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience leading growth, teams, and driving sales/partnerships.

  • 1+ years management experience 

  • Well suited to work in an agile (startup) environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
