Job Summary

Sofia Health is looking for a rockstar sales associate to help us expand and grow the Sofia platform. This is a great opportunity to learn the fundamentals of sales at a startup. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter who is hard working with a willing-to-learn attitude. 

Day-to-day responsibilities include booking demos, cold calling, and attending events to help optimize our inbound sales efforts. 

Responsibilities

  • Identify prospective customers.
  • Contact prospective leads via phone, email, and local events to introduce the company and our features and generate new sales opportunities.
  • Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects.
Qualifications

A successful sales associate is self-motivated, has a sales mindset is outgoing, and with excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.

  • A love of customers and the health and wellness industry.
  • Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people each day, build relationships, and network.
  • A commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • First-hand experience managing outreach campaigns and closing sales.
  • Creativity, energetic and willing attitude.
  • A dedicated hard worker who is able and determined to win. 

Even Better to have

  • 1-2 years of sales experience
